Time: 45 minutes walk from the Hostel

It is one of the most beautiful viewpoints near the town. Leaving the hostel you have to walk to the left (East) and take Bernardo O'Higgins Street, which is the same street that continues to the border with Argentina.

You have to walk along the road, heading towards Argentina, we will pass through the right side of the "Laguna Espejo", then we will pass the COPEC (gasoline pump), and much further ahead we will find a crossing to the right, with a sign that says towards Las Escalas, we have to cross here; Walking further ahead, we will find the first attraction of this route: the Gelvez bridge.

After a short moment of appreciation of the Futaleufú River from this bridge, we will have to continue walking, until we find an intersection, where we have to go to the right (to the left is the Futaleufú national reserve).

We continue walking on the right side of the path until we find a passage that goes into the forest (it is not far from the intersection);

As we enter here, we will once again reach a path that forks to the right and left, we have to go left.

We will only have to continue climbing until we find paths that lead us to the right and thus reach the viewpoint.

After being at the viewpoint, we can continue the path and go down to the actual "pozón", where you can take a bath, if you wish.

You can use the route marked on Google Maps.
